    We have tamales.

    Pork, beef, chicken and 'sweet' flavored.

    The pork are stuffed with a meat in a green chile sauce.

    The beef and chicken are done in a red sauce.

    The sweet have pineapple, or raisins and walnuts.
    Those are served with hot chocolate....
