I'm so sorry to hear that your wonderful little monkey Mario has gone so suddenly to the Rainbow Bridge.

He has been a very special part of Pet Talk and he will be missed by many.

Catty, my husband and my nephew had him burried and put in his grave before I could get him to the vet. I would like to have known what took him from me. I miss him so much, it just hurts so much I just can't stand it knowing I will never see him again.

Willie, I'm shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of our beloved Mario. He is/was a true PT icon and PT will never be the same without him.

RIP Mario. You will be sorely missed.

Willie, I haven't been able to spend much time on Pet Talk lately so I almost missed this thread.

I wish that I was closer so I could wrap my arms around you and cry with you.

I thought sometimes that we just snatched Mario away from you and took him down to Thursdays and made him our own. But he always went home at night didn't he - to you - to receive your true love and care.

Nothing can diminish your huge loss - what a unique and wonderful little man Mario was..........blueberries and all.

I cannot begin to express to you how sorry I am - how you must hurt.....oh my.

We all loved Mario......and even though we made him do super monkey tricks - it was always so comforting to know that he was a real animal and was well loved and cared for by your family.

Mario will never be forgotten - he was loved too much by all of us.

You are right, Anna, I just can't keep the tears from coming. They just flow all the time. I keep seeing him. Honest to God, he looked like a small human, just harrier with a tail.

Willie, I'm terribly sorry that dear Mario passed away so suddenly. I don't recall seeing many pictures of him, but the ones posted in the link above truly shine wonderfully. I can tell Mario was a big part of the family and will be missed by all of PT.

Oh my dear Willie, when I saw this the other day, I couldn't reply right away as I was crying right along side of you. I couldn't believe it when I read on the loss of your beloved Mario. Even though I never posted in "Thursdays" I would always peek in to see what he was up to and had many laughs over his antics. I truely loved seeing his pictures. He was a unique pet to have and was very well loved by all.
I am so, so sorry. His spirit will live within you, forever in your heart.

Rest in Peace sweet Mario and have fun up there on the RB.

Slick called me to tell me. I just feel a very HUGE part of me has gone as well. After reading about Mario and his departed wife so many years ago I think I was the one that made that fateful decision to invite him to Thursdays. What a wise idea that was. So much joy we shared ~ dear, dear Mario. Willie, feel the love for you from all over the world right now. And no, the pain wont "pass" it will just become easier to bear. We love you Willie.

Oh I am so sorry for your loss Willie.. I was just now informed of Mario's Passing On to RainBow Bridge.. May You & Mario Hearts/Love Stay Bonded Together.. Mario keep the RB Angels in line ok.. RIP wittle one.. You for sure will be missed.. Yes please stop in on Thursdays & keep us PT'rs in order ok..
