I think this is all to mimic another thread going on in the cat sections. Odd how he loves the phrase "financial rough spot."

    Quote from mimicked thread:
.. and we're in another rough spot.

Missing always: Tasha & Tommy, at the Rainbow Bridge

still have the blue gums? I didnt believe this "Reggie" so I was asking random questions about the dog having blue gums and apparently he did. I

My dog is doing great today. She is eating and drinking normally, although she still has to eat the special food and take the medicine.

I'm in a financial rough spot too, but if my pets really had to go to the vet for an emergency we would find a way.

And if you can't even afford a water bottle for your Gerbil, I agree you need to rehome your pets.

My dad gets paid every friday when we go buy everything we need for the week. What is left over goes into the gas tank. If a situation arises, as in the case of reggie, my dads's boss would lend us some money, which is how we got reggie to the vet.

I would save some up some money just incase this happens again. it's always a great idea to have a savings account for situations like this.

hmmm...interesting. You suggest rehoming to him, but you wont even let any of us suggest the same for your pets without getting mad!

Because my situation is different. And you don't know the whole story.

And I don't know Reggie's story either, but was just agreeing with something someone else said.

Again, everyone has to pick out my flaws.

Oh for crying out loud! The whole world does not revolve around you and I think critter crazy made a valid point.

I'm not picking on you or pointing out any flaws but surely you can see the irony of your post

I bit my tounge at that comment too. I don't see how it's much different other then he's getting money from people he knows instead of people over the internet.
Bri you don't know the WHOLE of Reggie's story.
Seems like you two would get along great.
