    Once again words alone cannot express how wonderfully supportive you have all been , THANKS SO VERY MUCH, I am still trying for that good nights sleep, bit much to expect as i am a bad sleeper, but yes I did sleep better than the night before that is for sure.

    Did someone mention shopping, and ice cream, oh yes they are on my list of things I must do and get.

    As for the world cup hmmm we can always DREAM., would be nice though, so who have you got bets on then?
