Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
Let us know as soon as you find out something!!! *all paws and toes and fingers crossed here for porch to get through surgery with flying colors*
I know it must be tough on you {{{hugs}}}
Kevin and Lisa (so nice to have a name to address you by).....
We're praying for Porch too. Hope the surgery will be successful. You are precious to work so hard for these cats!!!![]()
***UPDATE****
Porch SURVIVED surgery and the Dr. is pleased with the outcome. He will have to stay hospitalized till at least Sunday. The Dr. said he's in a critical point to make sure no infection develops. I think my husband made a wise decision...who cares about the $$$$$$$.

K & L: you are so special! I'm so glad that Porch came through. See?? Your love for Porch has been the driving force to keep him alive. Miracles do happen every day.Please keep us posted and hopefully you can post more pictures.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

I am so happy that Porce survived the operation. He obviously has a very strong will to live and you are the lucky recipients of that.
We will keep our fingers and paws crossed for his quick recovery.

Thank you ALL!! It's so nice to have support and understanding all over the world!
I'm SO glad they're keeping him through the week. I would be totally paranoid until he heals. I sure hope the worse is over. My husband did good!![]()

Good going Porch. I knew you could do it. Don't be too scared staying at the vet's, they want to take real good care of you. You work real hard at getting better so you can come home to your loving and devoted family.
