Remembering all the Rainbow Bridge Pets
Happy (belated) birthday Pet of the Day! I just love this site, and talk about it all the time to my friends! Some have done some lurking, so maybe they will join.
I can't start my workday without stopping in to look at the COTD and then brousing through the posts!
Thank you Paul and Karen for such a wonderful site for us pet lovers to get to know one another. You have provided a place for me to realize that I am not the only "crazy cat lady" and that it is perfectly normal for me to treat my furgirls as if they were my own children!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!![]()

RIP sweet Tabitha, my heart kitty. You are loved and missed every day. 1988 - 2010
My start here was because my niece sent me an email with a link to Dog of the Day, I think. And then it was the beginning of every day for me when I went to work.
Thank you, Karen and Paul, for providing a wonderful place for us to see precious pets, and also to make long lasting friendships.![]()
Well, I'm not quite sure how I missed this thread but here goes.
Karen and Paul: I really don't think that I can put into words how grateful I am for this site. After lurking for a few months and enjoying COTD/DOTD/POTD, I joined in Dec, 2002 and had no concept of what the future was about to hold.
Here I am 6 years later and blessed with many, many new friends...some of whom I've met in furrrson and many others whom I want to meet some day.
Animal people are very special. We all understand the joy of bringing a new pet into the family, we celebrate the milestones and we share in each other's grief when that dreadful decision has to be made. I also feel that animal people are more passionate, caring and have more empathy for others. This month marks two years since my cancer diagnosis and to this day I never, ever forget the support I received from this site. I'll never be able to repay that.
So Karen and Paul...or is it Paul and Karen, as others have said, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this wonderful site available. I'm going to send you a PM.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Happy Birthday Pet Talk!!![]()
I joined almost two years ago. Honestly, I can't even remember what I was searching (something to do with Zoee), but Pet Talk popped up and I began looking through it. At first I was shy to post anything, but reading others posts it felt so comfortable. And here I am well over 4000 posts. I just can't shut up!! LOL
I have met several wonderful people (in person and otherwise) through this site and I hope to meet many more in the years to come.I would not have Paizly if not for this forum.
Thank you Karen and Paul for maintaining this great site.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.
Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Happy Anniversary Pet Talk and THANK YOU to Paul and Karen for making this site a special place for us to be.
I found PT accidently one day while surfing cat sites and kept coming back to enjoy the wonderful kitties every day. My two kitties had passed and I was missing them both terribly. PT made me smile and remember how wonderful it was to have had the experience of furry feet and whiskers in my life.
When Eve adopted us and became our world it was time to get officialand I joined to share her story. Now PT is a part of my everyday - an excellent habit indeed
