Also, let me mention this. As far as me seeming like I could give a rats butt the guy died, well in a way that's true. I was shakey when I saw him, but not because I was seeing a dead person, more so because I was so pissed off inside that anyone could ever do this to themselves. Seeing a dead body wouldn't scare me, nor do blood, guts etc. I deal with that stuff on a daily basis. Yes, I felt sorry for the man because he ruined what could have been a good life by being stupid, but I felt even worse for that mans family.

It's hard to feel bad for someone who has brought this upon themselves. Before everyone knew there had been a death, I went to the neighbors and the first thing out of her mouth was, "What, did he finally overdose?" Everyone knew it was coming. It was just a matter of time.

Well, I was the one who told them the information. I came to them. When the police officer first came up to me outside he asked if I knew the man. I said yes, thinking it was Brad, and then said, "Well, I know OF him". That is when I started explaining the events that have occured over the past year or so. Later on, after thinking of Clancy having been there this weekend, I figured I should probably let them know. I would never hide anything from the police if I feel it is something they should know about. I have a great deal of respect for Eugene police officers.

I know that I didn't say Ratt's butt but thanks for the clarification. Puts things into a better prespective as to how you felt when IDing him....

I went to get a paper but there are no more left. I forgot today was Sunday. I looked online in the For the Record section but don't see anything mentioned, however it could take a few days to post.

Sorry, I just wanted to clear up what I meant.

I'm not saying I dont believe you or anything, I think I say things differently to the American way of saying things.

shais_mom was right in what I meant. I would of left everything to the police I wouldn't ask them to do my job so I wouldn't expect to do theirs especially so close to home. I know its just my opinion and it doesn't really count but please do be careful.
