I've seen it and I loved loved LOVED it! *motions to sig* Haha yeah, I'm a fangirl. XD A bigger fangirl that Michelle, thats for sure!

It was a really good movie IMO. I loved it because it had action parts, serious, drama/love parts and had some comedy in there too. I personally like it better than LotR only because LotR got boring at some parts and this one well...didn't. Plus, it has two major hotties. Johnny and Orli. Almost too much hottness for one movie!

I absolutely LOVE both of the movies! I went to see the second one in theatres. My best friend and I went to get our tickets 7 hours early so we wouldn't have to wait in line later.

The best part of the movie is Johnny Depp and Orlando lol, but seriously apart from those two hotties, it is a fun movie, i get a bit tired of the fighting in it, but i love the humour and jack sparrow is indeed a real character, Johnny does such a good job of acting that part. love him, love him.

I completely agree with you on this one, Carol. I'm also tired of so much drama in the second one. In the third one another villian is coming, 3 villians they have to deal with, I mean come on?? 2 is where I draw the line. It was still a good movie and I love Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom. Another thing I didn't like is that it was to "animated". There was so much effects and stuff, I would have liked it a little more realistic. I'm not saying that Davey Jones doesn't look real but alot of the parts were "animated" and gory, eww that was a little too much.

I've never seen any of the Pirates movies. Maybe someday I'll rent them all and see what I'm missing.

But, I have to agree with you, Zippy. No way ANY movie is ever going to be better then LoTR!

No way! Michelle is, In EVERYBODY'S opinion, a bigger fangirl than Monica. It was really good, but I still think I prefered the first. It was more believeable. A lot of the things that happened wouldn't have happened in *real* life. Like about 10 people coming back from the dead.

Other than that, I agree with you.

Especially with how well Johnney acts the part.

I have seen both I really liked the first one it was really amusing the second one I wasn't too struck on as it is too fantastical for me. I am not big on all the out of the realm of the imagination things. Don't want to say to much as I don't want to spoil it for you.

My Dad downloaded the second one a while ago - I haven't watched it yet, though.

I enjoyed the first one, but I wasn't all crazy over it. It wasn't anything special to me - but it was a good movie.
