It does seem you have indeed cracked the code. Hurrah!!!

I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?" I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

So many people have been so helpful to me so I will give it a try... just know there is probably a better way...
I made an album in Imaginestation. I'll leave how to do that to the instructions on their website!
In one window you have Pettalk and either Reply or Start Thread.
Left click on IMG. A window pops ups.
Now go to Imagestation in a separate window (one problem I have is I don't know the proper names for some things) and go to the photo you want to insert.
Left click and it will say view original and you will have an enlargement of the photo.
Go to the address and highlight
Now edit, copy and return to the Pettalk window.
Paste in the IMG pop up window and OK
It will go into the text box.
Delete duplicate http:// until there is only one
Delete at the end of the string .org.jpg
Submit and it should be there
Good luck.

A comment here* I'm sure I've done it like this and it worked!: Before you go to the address and highlight it, Right click >"Open in new window" - and THEN copy the URL. This way, the URL seems to get rid of some of the codes (commands?) unneccesary. Try it!Originally posted by Edwina's Secretary

Go to the address and highlightIf any computer genious out there can explain this, I'm sure some of us will be curious to know!

"I don't know which weapons will be used in the third World war, but in the fourth, it will be sticks and stones" --- Albert Einstein.
I'm not supposed to be here, still getting caught up, but I wanted to post a quick, possible help. When you see your picture in Imagestation, right click on it, then click properties. Highlight the address starting the with http:// and ending with .jpg hold the ctrl button down and hit "C" which will copy the address. When you get back to Pet Talk, click on the "IMG" button and hold the ctrl button down and hit "V" which will past the address. When you click on "IMG" http: will automatically come up, but it will be blue meaning that if you don't click on anything else and just hit CTRL "V" your address will override the http: that is already there. It's easiest to do this with two windows open, one with Imagestation and your photos and one with Pet Talk. To do this, you simply click on the big "e" for Internet Explorer. Everytime you click it, it should open another window.
And Randi, once you get the picture back to your computer in Photo Editor (or wherever), you need to put it back on the web on a service such as Imagestation.com or a website of your own. The only way to get pictures to Pet Talk (that I know of) without putting them on such a service is to use the "attach file" option.
Hope this helps.
I took 108 pictures over the weekend that I am in the process of getting off my camera and on the web for all my Corvette buddies to see. All with what seems to be an extremely slow computer. Can you say major frustration? So I should be back soon to help if anyone has anymore questions, but everyone has had great suggestions here.
And Edwina is absolutely dah-ling She is a real cutey.![]()

Pardon me for intruding, one and all, but I just thought I'd try out the Imagestation site myself...I'm currently posting pictures from netsnapshot.com, but the images I keep getting are rather small, not to mention that the site itself is snail's pace slow. From the preview alone I can already see Marsha in all her furry glory. Thanks to whoever suggested (I already forgot) the site!!!

Thank you for your compliments! You are most kind! I'll be sure to tell Marsha about her new admirers!
From the picture it's amazing to think that she started out life as a stray in an in oil field 7 years ago (her fur was smudged with a little grease and she had the aroma of crude oil!!!)...she's cleaned up (and grown) quite nicely since then!
