    My goodness! Thanks for the WB's everyone.

    My secret? Getting off my big butt and exercising. I've also stopped junk food almost entirely - no cokes, fast food once a week or less. I'm not ready to post my pic quite yet (few more lbs to go), but if you watched the Today Show on 6-20, you just might have seen me!

    It's so hot outside now that I hate to be out for more than a few minutes, but will try to get some pics of the puppers tomorrow and post. It's supposed to be 102 F tomorrow, so no promises, lol.
