    I would never move from a house like this...

    I'd like to ask a question. I have no idea about prices of houses in the States. Here, a house like that would cost about 250 000 Euro's minimum!

    They are selling this one and upgrading to the new one. Investment purposes. The new one is almost twice as large and yes, a new challenge.
