What a beautiful kitty. I'm sorry you couldn't be there but at least he was already at the vets. He's happy and carefree now at the RB.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
I miss you
I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.
Fur as dark as the night.
Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?" I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

Rest in peace sweet handsome Porch.
Thanks to BCBlondie for this great signature!
It is always so difficult to lose a beloved pet. My heart goes out to you.
Rest in peace dear Porch - run, play, jump, in good health at the Rainbow Bridge.
Oh Lisa, I'm so sorry to hear about Porch.I know he's been fighting this for awhile and it's so sad to hear he has lost his battle. But he is now painfree at the RB.
He lived almost 2 more years since his first surgery, and I know appreciates every minute of that two years that you and Kevin gave him. {{{hugs}}} to you and I'm so sorry you couldn't be there with/for him but I know the vet took good care of him and stayed with him as he made his journey.
RIP sweet Porch.![]()
