FREE PopUpStopper from panicware.com stops the pop-ups; Ad Aware does a pretty decent job of finding and removing ad ware, trojans, worms, etc. SpySweeper goes a bit deeper than Ad Aware. I use all three and Norton Anti Virus and my 'puter runs pretty darn good.
