I have to say Fiver-Roo. His story broke my heart and I will never forget him. But before today - it was definitely Occhio, May 1st 2001. Just so sweet!!!!

Agreed, Aguu! I was just about to mention Occhio, whose face is absolutely unforgettable. And beautiful Fiver-Roo has touched us all.

I liked Helena, November 12, 2000. She had just passed away after 16 years leaving behind a daddy and fur brother. While I always am saddened when we have a COTD that has gone to the Bridge, it also makes me feel good that they too have their day. I especially like the way Helena's daddy described her as "not just cat of the day but pet of a lifetime". I wish I knew how to post the link but I don't but check out Helena.

    I'LL NEVER FORGET FIVER-ROO. I EVEN
DREAM'T ABOUT HIM LAST NIGHT. STUFF LIKE THIS TAKES ME A LONG TIME TO FORGET. I LOVE
CATS SO MUCH AND JUST CAN'T STAND TO HEAR
OF THEM BEING HURT. GOD BLESS FIVER-ROO
FOREVER AND ALL THOSE BABIES WHO'VE HAD
    SIMILAR FATES.

Purrley, I also dreamed about precious little Fiver-Roo. That doomed little girl touched an awful lot of hearts. I hope she can feel our love up their at the rainbow bridge.

Fiver-Roo is a 'unforgetable' Angel Kitty.
I want to think of her as an Angel placed
on earth by God for a purpose..She had so
many strikes against her; but Fiver-Roo
sure touched not only her rescuer's hearts,
but all of ours as well!!! She knew love and
kindness before she left this life..however
brief that was... She is over Rainbow
Bridge now & healthy and happy!
I believe this with all my heart..

Ok, I'm prejudiced because I'm Ritzy's mom, but I'd have to say COTD May 8, 2001...above is the "grown up and sophisticated young lady Ritz"

Of course I was more than proud when Luna was Cat of the Day (Aug. 15, 2000) but here's another one of my faves:

Little Reggie was Cat of the Day on January 1, 2001 and I thought it was a perfect choice for the first day of a new year. And he was so cute that he just made me wanting to cuddle and kiss the computer screen!

Why have I never looked at this topic? I have missed out!! I will have to agree with some of the others and say that Little Man has been my all time favorite, and not because he belongs to Rottie and Shepherd Lover either! I didn't even know that when I fell for him!

Looking at all these pictures, I don't know how anybody could NOT love these little furry blessings from God we call cats!
