As a teen who is FORCED to wear a skirt EVERY friday, I would have to say NO WAY! We acctually fought against our school and got it so we can now were pants on cold cold fridays.

Crazy isn't it? apparently some teens don't feel the cold , so I am told, my daughter's friend is like that, she goes around in halftops in the middle of winter (Granted we don't get snow) but it's still cold, and then on a hot summer day she will be wearing jeans, CRAZY, I guess my girl would do it too, but I DON'T let her, mind you she is only 11, at 15 things might be quite different.
As soon as its officially summer, the young ones are out in their skimpy tops and skirts, even if it is still freezing. Oh to be young and carefree again, I WISH!!!!!!!!!
