I made my vote an average of the following:

Sierra- inside is a 10
outside would be a 8 (jumps over the fence)

Buddy- inside is a 7 (wakes up during the night still, and when he's awake he makes SURE I'm awake)
outside is a 10

I voted 10 my dogs are really good on obediance. Especially the sheltie.

I would love to give both my dogs a 10 as they suite me just fine, but I have to be real & realize nobodoy & nothing is perfect!

Nanook gets a 9+ (I give him a 8+ if you count senile & old as a "defect")

Raustyk she gets a 9!
