Oh, no..not our dear Carina. Like Liz said the upsetting part is that she acts so differently. One just doesn't know what she feels. That they can't communicate what is going on is one of the worst things when a pet is ill. But let's not jump to the worst case scenerio. There is a chance that whatever this mass is can be removed. We will keep Carina in our prayers, Alicia.

The vet called last night. Carina is scheduled for the ultrasound this afternoon. We'll decide what to do after the results of the test.
She seems a little happier now, at least she has followed me up and down, which is more than she could managed yesterday.

I'm glad they were able to schedule the ultrasound for
today. I hope test results give you many options for a treatable
