I have recently become a chicken diva. Isn't that a sad comment? LOL! but I just bread the chicken part (no matter legs, breast, bone in or out, skin on or off) Put it in a roasting pan on a rack (keeps the fats off the meat) and bake for 45 minutes. If you use corn flakes as your 'breading" it's crispier. If you use breadcrumbs it's more delicate and better covers the meat. If I want the full fat real deal I go to Popeye's!
