O.K. - now I officially have to accept that I am one year older. Today is the day! UGGHHH!

But I am playing hookey today - no work - all play! I am going to see the movie "Soloist" that just was released.

This is the film that they shot a scene at my home last year. It is only of the outside on my porch, but I am anxious to see if it made the final cut.

I don't think I have to tell you how much I treasure our friendship. You've been my rock and I love the way you tell it like it is.

I was going to call you this morning but figured you would be on the phone with your dear nieces. I had my chance last weekend.

Have a wonderful birthday today Gini and I just know that the orangies will be throwing you the biggest party ever. I keep thinking how wonderful it would be to join you in your celebration but I'll be there in spirit.

I did go to see The Soloist yesterday, and alas, they cut the scene using my front porch. Guess that is show business. Amazing, because they spent the whole day shooting this scene and it is on the floor somewhere.
