Oh happy day for grandma Corinna What a weekend for babies here on PT - and yes Lori I am also wondering about Sara now.

The pictures are just lovely - so glad you were there and helping to welcome Charity. Can you tell us about the first time holding her? I bet it was not something you can really put in words. I have a little Boyd's Bear figure that my sister gave me - it says "When a child is born....so is a Grandma" it has grandma bear lifting baby bear - and I just LOVE that and it is how I know I felt

Congratulations!!!!!!! Charity Jean is very beautiful!! Looks like Clarissa done a fantastic job. Glad you were there with her. Have you got to hold her yet? What was that like for you? Charity sure is a cutie, I bet Clarissa is happy to have this over and done with, and get to hold that beautifull girl in her arms.

I was looking at the second picture and I thought, gosh, it must be such a shock for a newborn to leave Mom's comfort zone and be dumped on a piece of paper to get weighed. I think I would whimper too!
