It's a fairly common occurence Robin and there is no treatment for the ruputred vessels themselves, except time. It can be caused by high blood pressure, coughing very hard or a really violent sneeze, bearing down (if you know what I meand) anything that might cause an increase in the intraoccular pressure. I would get it checked out but it's not an emergency situation as far as your eye is concerned. The important thing is to make sure there isn't a more serious underlying cause, like high BP. Try not to worry but do get it checked out
