Another favorite, HEADCHEESE, which is not cheese at all, but pickled pig snouts, feet, blood and a host of other good things all held together with gelatin. The original "mystery meat!"It still tasted good. Mother made it for many years, using more common meats. Isn't also called silta? Or am I thinking of something else?
