This is true if it isn't done right.
Sheba was so stressed that the person applying the
tatoo did not go over the tattoo twice.
So Sheba's tatoo has faded over time and is hard
to read.

I like both tattooing and chipping.
For next time if the vet does chips and tattoo,
I would have the tattoo done while being spayed,
neuter or teeth cleaning.
