I LOOOOOVE potica!!!! (that's how my mom spells it, but we pronounce it exactly like you spelled it). It's SO GOOD!! We eat it for breakfast around my house all the time. I think what you described it basically how we make it too......it's so good with a little Country Crock spread on it, warm - YUM!
