Sorry! I JUST saw your post! I never hardly ever go to cat behavior and if I do, I see one or 2 posts, reply and go on to a different thread because it is late and I am tired! There are a lot of issues you are raising here! Yikes! Yes brushing is important and everything else Reddhead said! I would go to Cat General and pose problem of introducing cats there. Lots of us are just overwhelmed by our own number of cats, cat rescues etc but go to cat general pretty frequently to see what is happening! Can you do that? Welcome and stay here!?
