I've said it once and I'll say it again....that why I absolutely LOATE breeders!!!

IMO, all breeders should be licensed both through the state and federal and pay a "breeder's tax".

MooShoo came from a similar situation. His breeder's home was absolutely disgusting, with cat poo and pee all over the place, litterboxes filled to the bring with the stuff. He and his littermates are now blind because of the breeder's neglect, in that she failed to treat their herpes virus in their eyes.
