Tape socks to her feet & put polysporn on her sores. That stuff works great on Dogs.

With the socks she can still try to lick her paws, but the socks will get in the way & with the e-collar on she shouldn't be able to chew off the tape to hold on the socks

wash, air dry, polysporn, tape a bangage cloth on, tape #1 sock on & then tape # 2 sock on.
