Tonya I think Neo is indeed a bit of a wildcat from what I here,Juliette is a part Turkish Van, she is a real doll, nice sweet natured too, Neo loves to annoy her and play with her, she gets a bit fed up and gives him a smack now and then just to let him know , but he always goes back for more, little rascal.
