Here in Tucson we have the tamale lady, she walks around town selling tamales they are yummy
I forgot about the tamale and tortilla lady... The tortillas are mm mm good! Fresh, and made with TONS of LARD!! hehehe Good stuff!

In Hawaii we have a shrimp truck on the north shore, that has actually been featured in Bon Appetite magazine.
