Have you documented his comments? I'm sure - if the outcome is not appropriate - that you could redress this and see another specialist.
Except the beginning comment about a woman at work, all the rest was being recorded. I asked him who the tape goes to, he said the transcriptionist and my insurance adjuster. My insurance adjuster is a cool lady, so I am sure if there is a problem, I have some leverage. I just have to wait and see how he rates me...you never know!

I had one friend who was perfectly fine, and the doctor rated that she can't lift more then 5 lbs the rest of her life, so she was out a job.

Then, I have a coworker that is in major pain and needs a total knee replacement and the doctor rated him as perfectly fine!
