Poor Peanut Butter! Is it possible he got stung by hornets or bees? As far as the Clinadrops/clindamycin go, ML and CCS are roughly the same. I'd just get him started asap on some fast. It won't hurt to give him extra, as it is it's foul tasting and chances are he'll spit lots out. Do you have an eyedropper around?
