I have thought about that before. I hadn't tried a frisbee up to this point because she has never really been truly interested in fetching other toys, like balls. She will chase after it, and sometimes pick it up, but then lose interest and drop it. I think the reason sticks grab her interest and keep it is because she simply loves to chew, strip, and break them by chomping down on them, so when she catches one or fetches one, she is immediately rewarded by getting to chomp on the stick. All I have to do to grab her interest again is pick up another and she is ready for more. In some of the pictures, you might notice little bits of bark and sticks on the ground around her. That's mostly her work. Tommy usually sticks with logsOriginally posted by ParNone

I thank you all again for the comments, it is such a wonderful feeling, having others admire your furkids. I think they are both beautiful, but in totally different ways from each other. Tasha is so lithe, graceful and deer-like. Tommy with his luxurient red shining coat and deep soft eyes. Oh how I love them both!
