I wear anywhere from a 6 to a 7, depends on how the styles run.
My daughter wore a size 8 when she was in 6th grade, now she's going to be 21 in July and she still wears the same size. That's how I was too, I have been wearing the same size shoe since 7th grade (and that was a LONG time ago )
