I am so sorry I cant help as I live in China... ( where I am busy, between teaching English, trying to get people to treat their pets properly and not to eat cats and dogs!) You are obviously a very kind and loving person and I commend you for helping this poor dog. I will send good thoughts that you find a loving home for him!
