How horrible!

I hadn't heard about this here in East TN but we have our own animal abuse case going on. Some lady and her daughter had 47 dog and 22 cats that were confiscated by animal control and all had to be put down due to their state of health. From the video on the news tonight it looked like all the dogs were raw and hairless from mange. These people looked like they couldn't afford to take care of themselves let alone an animal. So sad.
