I smoked for many, many years. Next week is my 3 year anniversary of quiting.
I used Zyban to help me quit. Still it was the hardest thing you can image. It left a HUGE void in my life. Not a day goes by that I don't miss smoking -- not cigarettes -- but the act or ritual of smoking.
I would never touch a cigarette today because I understand my addiction. I smoked a cigar once but inhaled and was soooooo sick.
I'm glad I quit....physically I am so much healthier and I am no longer controlled by something (standing outside to smoke....desparate for the plane to land... sneaking to light up.)
