You know when I used to go in Petsmart I would avoid going over to the caged cats. I couldn't stand seeing them in there. After being in my particular shelter I can promise you that they just moved from a one room studio to a condo!! Now I know that when they get a real home it will be nothing less than a PALACE!! My views have changed on some things since volunteering. On one hand I'm so glad I'm volunteering but on the other hand I wish I had never walked in the door! I will be a different person because of this. For the better I hope!!
