Every guy that I have ever met that wears makeup and even *almost* every female that is into the black makeup is totally depressed and angry. I know that I live in a rather "backwards" state ... although not as bad as some. But, in all honesty, a boy would NOT wear makeup to school here. He would NOT have a pleasant time of the rest of the school year. I've never seen any boy wearing makeup in public here.
