I don't really imagine leaving PT, except inthe case when I really just did not have time for the computer at all, however, since things and times change, I would think I would leave quietly. PM or email the people I chat with most often and Karen, explain why I was leaving, ask them to keep in touch and give them permission to let others know why I was leaving, and then go.

This is just my opinion but I think people that make a thread saying they are leaving, first all, don't. In some cases it may be because feelings are mended by them posting that, in others it may just be a cry for attention. Personally, I can't imagine enough people offending me bad enough I would leave the board...just put a few on my ignore list.
