A female animal in the woods will go without food herself & even
give her life to protect & nurture her babies, yet animals are
considered a lower species.

Maybe after 27 years away to think about what she's done,
she will realize the enormity of her crime. It's just so sad.

27 centuries in prison is too short of a sentence, let alone 27 years!
