Sadly, I doubt it means our troops will be coming home soon. We have NOT won our war on terror. Those who were responsible for 9/11 have not been brought to justice. bin Laden is still out there (and he was our original target). I suspect we will see an increase in battles as the different factions fight for positions. It IS an important step though toward peace and stability.
