So who's the pilot of this Concorde and is the flight plan put into place? There are alot of places to visit on this "special" journey.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

O.K., so the travel agent for this adventure (s) got a bad cold.

So the actual itinerary isn't in its final form.

Besides (ahem) Richard, it IS only Tuesday and there is plenty of time to take more travel requests.

When you take a regular flight on say, United Airlines or American do you say "who's the pilot for this flight?"

MEMO: pilot, yeah, remember to book a pilot.

Thursdays belong to Richard.......his is always our gracious host.

Perhaps we should let him decide (although he thinks this is Wednesday already-hmmm) when the party starts.

Welcome to Dick's Place! You'll have a lot of fun and laughs, and I do believe they serve vegetarian food here

PS: I love Jim........I was a Doors fan way back when.....too long to mention

Thanks for the welcome, Slick. Guess I assumed that the plane would have a salad bar, bowls of salted nuts, fresh fruit, etc. Hope the folks from my thread don't overindulge on that TVP food though, inside the plane on a long trip. (Tofu is about the only soy that doesn't give me social problems).

I attended a Doors concert at Saratoga, NY once...same tour where he did the strip-tease in Florida. There was a lot of magic around back then, hah. Can I bring a CD of "Workingman's Dead?" Assuming you or Richard will bring along JM...

It appears our pilot has been sampling the DOTD (that's DRINK folks, not Dog ). I'm feeling a bit "Old & In The Way" myself Mahayana, just a little "Touch of Gray" is getting into my brain. I think Uncle John's Band is going to be providing the tunes on the plane........... YES! I want to fly away....... I want to flyyyyy away - now please.

Richard, it's Wednesday today in case you're wondering. Heads up everyone. It's only 7:25 am here on the West Coast. We had -3 deg overnight but now the sunrise is beautiful and it's going to be a clear day.

What's better for a cold? Whiskey or a screwdriver or a bloody? What the hell, give me all three.
