I think I have tried them all. I have had the most success with Weight Watchers. I did WW online and was going to the gym everyday. I lost over 50 lbs this way. I just recently re-joined and in 3 weeks I have lost 10.6 lbs.

I also bought Dr. Phil's new book about weight loss and I am really inspired by what he has to say.
