Have you ever seen us BOTH at the same time? MAybe we are the same person (though, Boscibo is a little nicer than Cataholic, he he), but, this is EXACTLY my thing too. I don't follow the Atkins, but, I am totally low carb, and it works, for me.

Why don't you join us in the PT diet group that PCB made up? It is nice, and we all need the encouragment!
