Hi everyone on the dog side. I know I don't make it here very often, but this is from one of the rescues that helped me out when I took Eddie in off the streets. As most of you know, Edwina's Secretary ended up keeping Eddie after his weekend visit, but this rescue group was very helpful and put his picture out on Petfinders and helped to try to find him a good home.
So in response to them helping me out, I thought I'd post this to see if someone out there can help Wesley out. He looks like a real sweetie.

Introduce you to:
Wesley
Wesley is a 2 year old lab and dalmatian mix. He is a medium sized dog, and he weighs about 45 pounds. This poor boy had a rough start in life. He came from a home in Central Illinois where he wasn’t cared for. When Wesley came to Friends For Life Rescue, he was in sad shape and was afraid of everything. After a lot of TLC from his foster mom, Wesley finally came around and started trusting people. He absolutely loves attention, and he loves to be near people. When you talk to him, he wags his tail and gets really excited! He loves to hear how beautiful and sweet he is! He has a very tender and loving personality, and once you meet him, you can’t help but fall in love with him. When he’s happy, you can actually see a smile on his face!
Now all Wesley needs is a forever home and a family to love and care for him. He prefers to be the only pet in the house. He absolutely loves children. He has a huge heart and a ton of love to offer if someone is willing to give him a chance. If you have a place in your heart and home for Wesley, please call Lisa at 815-393-9919. Wesley is patiently waiting for that special someone to call and give him the life he deserves.
