Oh boy, I really can't offer any advice. Hearing your stories, I see how lucky I really am. As I have older cats, when I go to bed, they go to bed and don't make any noise until around 7am when I don't get up in time for work or when Speckles decides to play with her mousie from Catmandu at 5am. But I also bought my condo in a cement highrise so that helps. I was on the second floor of a wooden building before and had 3 toddlers above me. Arrrghhhh, try that on for size. I'm sure the rugs will help, if not maybe you could introduce your neighbour to ww.drugs.com....HA HA....just kidding. Good luck!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
