Remind me about hydrangeas (sp?) -- I know that the same plant will show blue flowers or pink flowers depending on soil conditions. I'm drawing a blank on whether it's acidity levels that cause the change or iron levels and which is it that pink signifies: low levels or high. (I used to know this. My gramma would be so ashamed of me for blanking on this!)
