I named my cat Tux, for obvious reasons.
He also goes by the nicknames: Tuxie, Tuxie-boy, Mista' Tux, Inspector Tux (b/c he insists on examining every grocery/gym/school bag brought into our apartment ), King Tux and last but not least, Buddy Tux.

I think Kitty (FYI:my sister's cat!) , Smokey and Boots are popular cat names in Canada.
