I wouldn't like to be in this kind of situation, but if I had to choose and had no choice, I would save the human first. Most definitely. Humans have responsibility behind them. If the human is lost, it could be terrible for the family behind, if they loose the one who works a job and makes money for them. Animals don't have responsibility. My priority would be human first.
