I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?" I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

We visited the Torie and it was somewhat agressive. More so that than the usual tortietude. Jen still wants the Coonie but I'm not sure of what we'd be taking on, from what the owner's said.

Don't get me wrong, we'd give them both homes in other circumstances. But with 4 cats and 2 kittens in a small house I'd rather we didn't...

Sorry to be late with my good wishes for one of my favorite Pet Talkers! I am glad to see everyone else on this board is aging right along with me! LOL! I haven't seen 30 in years and years but I think I enjoyed it! Hope your day was lots of fun!

I am a bit sad that Tessa (11 year old Torti) doesn't have a home still

But Steve and me decided she is too aggressive. In fact it isn't the aggressive but the fact that she attacks without warning and no holds barred. If we didn't have the young kits, it would have been a different situation.

I still interested in Twinky (Maine Coon looking for a home at the other side of the country. Steve thinks the owners are with holding information ?!?
